This organization did research on the issues of natural importance to enhance young children social, emotional, cognitive development from the birth through age 8 and to support families. This organization goals are to form partnerships with diverse constituencies, translate research into practice and disseminate information to diverse audiences, determine the state of the nation and conduct research on critical issues in early childhood practices, and synthesize knowledge and recommend future directions.
