Description: This organization is an non-profit association of educators who focus on creating solutions that lead to positive changes within the lives of Early Childhood learners. Childhood Education International is guided by four elements: Start Early, Work Collaboratively, Think Innovatively and Act Globally. 

Childhood Education International believes children's growth and development must began in the early stages of nurturing. They stress the importance of collaboration among early childhood learners which promotes accountability, and positive social development. Through it's act of encouraging early learners to be innovative in their thinking, it encourages early learner education transformation which is needed to help students better prepare for the world of tomorrow. The ultimate goal of educators worldwide is to ensure that their learners are able to compete worldwide through Childhood Education International, early learners are prepared and trained to act globally and are prepared to compete globally. 

Resource 2: Education Development Center

Description: A non-profit organization found by university scholars and researchers who nationally wanted to invest in the field of education. This organization have entwine research, policies, and education by: engaging thousands of parents, educators and policy makers in the research of early childhood education. The Education Development Center is the prerequisites organization for youth and workforce development of international learners of all ages.

The Education Development Center's guided principles is center upon equity. They believe equity is about participation, they believe individuals should be an active participate in their communities and nation. They feel that equity requires understanding, and understand that their partners incorporate change better through the understanding of exclusion and it's characteristics. The Education Development Center understands that equity is intentional, and encourages their partners to ensure the inclusion of all. They know that equity empowers, and encourages that their participants engaged in the transformation of resources and systems. Overall, the Education Development Center knows that equity builds resilience, through providing individuals with a sense of ownership which strengths the community.
